Enrolment Process
Thank you for your interest in our centres. Here, you’ll find an overview of our enrolment process. All families must complete a waitlist application whether you are in need of care immediately or are planning for the future.

Register on OneList.
Complete a waitlist application for your desired JHCCC location(s) via Waterloo Region OneList, a waitlist portal for all Licensed Child Care Centres in the Region. Please select “Waterloo Region Licensed Child Care” when applying to any of our programs. You will receive an automated email response letting you know that your application to the waitlist has been completed and the centre(s) will be notified that a new waitlist application has been made.

Arrange a centre tour.
Contact the Supervisor at your preferred location to arrange a tour of the facility at a time that is convenient for your family.

You’ll be contacted when space is available.
As space becomes available, the centre supervisor will contact you via email and a telephone call.

Complete an enrolment package.
An enrolment package will be available for pick up or emailed to you directly. Forms must be completed and returned to the centre’s supervisor prior to your child’s first day for review and processing. This process ensures have everything that we need to care for your child.

CWELCC Information ($10/day average)
Jacob Hespeler Child Care Centre is a participant in the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care program.
On March 28, 2022, Ontario reached a $13.2 billion agreement with the federal government on funding for the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program. The new program will lower child care costs and improve access, and quality across Ontario’s child care and early years sector.
If you have a child enroled in our program your fees will reflect the current CWELCC fee agreement.
